Unit has exterior cosmetic evidence of use. Was utilized at work, some marks or blemishes will not clean up. See photos. The imperfections do not impact the functionality/usability of the unit. The dock drawer works and the system was tested with my iPods on the dock. No extra docking brackets or the remote (my dog decided to chew on it one day) come with the system. Manual is included.These items are not included: no iPods; no AM/FM antenna; no remote; no docking brackets for compatibility of other iPods (see photos to see my 2 older iPods in use without the need for a bracket. The photos also show a list of brackets that may be ordered from the mfg for versions not compatible with the system...mfg contact info is included in documentation which will be included with the system.Also in the photos you can see the top of the product diagram with the control button definitions as well as a diagram of the rear and its corresponding definitions. flawless for everyday use. premium materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
