Vtg 70s 1975~Saint St. Alphonsus Hospital Letter Opener~Red~Gold Tone w/Sheath Case~Boise, Idaho. Please see photos to better understand the cosmetic condition. You will notice wear associated with normal use and handling over the years. Especially under the logo where some of the gold tone has worn off. The 1975 date was one year before the hospital was destroyed by arson. The letter opener is 7 1/8" long and 1 1/2" wide. The sheath is completely intact.
